I have been a practising holistic therapist for more than 27 years, and have specialised in colonic hydrotherapy (which is also referred to as colonic irrigation) for more than 21 years.

I am passionate about making a difference to people’s health through natural treatments, and I strive to make sure that my customers’ experience is comfortable and relaxing.

I have trained extensively in the field of complementary healthcare, to enable me to help others  achieve greater levels of health and well-being, through the various forms of natural treatments I offer.

My range of treatments include colonic irrigation/ hydrotherapy, reflexology, food intolerance testing, far infrared sauna and cocoon treatments, natural nutrition and Indiba treatments. I am also a fully trained counsellor, Reiki practitioner and naturopath.

I have studied different approaches to Nutrition, Natural Nutrition, Metabolic typing, Ayurvedic Nutrition and Healing, Yoga, meditation and mindfulness, herbal medicine and homeopathy.

I am proud to be a member of, the Association and Register of Colon Hydrotherapists (ARCH). ARCH is the longest established and largest colonic association in the UK. It has the highest educational prerequisites, and all of its members engage in continuing professional development. I am also registered with the GNC.
