       Iridology

4Iridology or Iris Analysis, is the simple, painless and non-invasive technique of examining the iris (the coloured part surrounding the pupil) in each eye. If you look closely at each iris you will see a pattern of colours, textures and markings which are unique to that person, and together these features form a map, a blueprint, which gives the Iridologist valuable information about the person’s inherited strengths and weaknesses and general state of well-being

Iris examination involves the practitioner examining the iris in each eye using illuminated lenses. Often, digital photographs of the eyes are taken so that the findings can be clearly shown and explained to the client.

       Far Infrared Sauna

8The benefits of FIR sauna treatments include weight control and cellulite reduction, strengthening the cardiovascular and immune system, improving circulation, detoxification, pain relief and deep relaxation.
Far Infrared sauna is one of the best ways to get rid of toxins including stored heavy metals, PCBs, mercury and pesticide residues. These toxins are excreted in high quantities in the sweat during properly conducted hyperthermic therapy sessions.

An average person can also burn up about 600 kcals during 30 mins in the sauna with no adverse effects.

Finally, unlike traditional saunas or steam baths, which can often leave a person feeling exhausted, the far infrared sauna energizes and relaxes as the air temperature remains much lower than in a traditional sauna.
